Updated, but Traditional, Conservative
NHA wanted an updated website that reflects its conservative values and projects its well-earned reputation as an innovator in the field of electronic health records consulting. 3 Media Web began with the company brand and logo and created a fresh, new design. The new mobile-responsive NHA website is easy to navigate and looks great on any device.
Number One Priority
Most important to our client was retaining their extensive library of newsletters, research reports, and resources they created over several years. Organizing these resources into an easily accessed archive of materials was a high priority. Their newsletter, The Navin, Haffty & Associates Report, has been distributed monthly since 2001 to more than 8,000 subscribers representing over 1,000 hospitals.
The new website includes a Resource Library section that is easily accessed from the main navigational bar. It includes PDFs of research reports and company brochures, as well as other resources that can be browsed or downloaded. The Navin, Haffty & Associates Reports can be accessed from this prominent tab. A reader can click on one of the recent reports by date or search the current and previous two years of archived newsletters. In addition, 3 Media Web implemented expanded search functionality by creating a database of keywords and phrases. A website visitor can use the Search box to locate a newsletter by topic or title.

The Home page feature is an automatically scrolling gallery of client logos, which instantly demonstrates Navin, Haffty & Associates’ standing as an industry leader. The testimonials by past and current clients on the Home page confirm the prestige the company has earned. In addition, 3 Media Web built introductory content and links on the Home page for Case Studies, Our Vision, and Industry Accolades, which all support the client’s credibility in the industry.
Updating Content On-the-Fly
The client also wanted to keep the site current on their own with news of client launches, awards, and medical conference presentations, as needed. 3 Media Web created a carousel on the Home page for headlines. We trained designated staff to easily add and/or change the content in this carousel.
