Our existing client, Argus, a branding and marketing agency, came to 3 Media Web to partner on a full-scope website project for their healthcare client, NeighborHealth.
Since its inception in 1970, NeighborHealth’s mission has been to promote and sustain healthy communities, families, and individuals by providing accessible, person-centered, compassionate, and high-quality healthcare services regardless of ability to pay. Today, NeighborHealth is among the largest community-focused health centers in the country, and the largest in Massachusetts, committed to providing continuous, integrated care among underserved communities.
The Challenge: Disparate Digital Experience
NeighborHealth needed a better way to reach and support their community digitally. Prior to this project, they had robust content spread across four separate domains — making what can already be an overwhelming experience to community members even more challenging. This disparate approach was counteracting a seamless digital user experience.
They also needed help with making operations easier for site admins, building and executing a cohesive digital strategy, and improving digital elements such as multi-language content, design, navigation, accessibility, third parties, audience experiences, PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) submission, deployment, and hosting support.
Solution: Develop New Online Presence and Strategy
The main goal of this project was to help NeighborHealth enhance their online presence to better serve their community through high-quality healthcare. To accomplish this, 3 Media Web delivered a full-scope website overhaul that consolidated content across four domains into one seamless digital experience for users, and a painless approach to content management in WordPress for site administrators.
Partnering closely with Argus, we helped identify and resolve additional improvement areas for this project including user testing, QA, deployment, and accessibility with VPAT (Voluntary Product Accessibility Template). The project included updated brand identity and messaging through our client and partner Argus.

Now, NeighborHealth represents itself through a clear, dynamic, and intuitive website, offering a one-stop-shop for its community’s healthcare needs. 3 Media Web continues to host and support NeighborHealth directly.
